Sheesley + Associates Awarded Engineering Services Contract for Dollar General Retail Stores

Sheesley has been hired to provide engineering services by PennTex Ventures, LLC for two proposed Dollar General Stores situated in Center Township and Pine Township, Indiana County.  Services to be provided include topographic, boundary & ALTA surveys, complete land development design; including the stormwater management & utility coordination, and the preparation of materials for submission of PADEP NPDES & Sewage and PennDOT HOP Permits.
