Project Description:
Sheesley provided site engineering and surveying services for an approximately 12,300 S.F. commercial/retail center as part of the redevelopment of a 2.6-acre site along Indian Springs Road in Indiana, Pennsylvania. Sheesley performed the boundary and topographic survey and completed the land subdivision necessary for the project. We then prepared materials for municipal land development, NPDES and PennDOT Highway Occupancy Permit (HOP) application submissions, and provided construction support for the duration of the project.
