Sheesley + Associates Provides Civil Engineering Services for Allegheny College’s Reis Hall Transformation

Sheesley + Associates is excited to announce our partnership with Rothschild Doyno Collaborative to provide civil engineering services for the renovation of Reis Hall at Allegheny College.

This 125-year-old historic building is undergoing a remarkable transformation into the Allegheny Lab for Innovation & Creativity. Sheesley + Associates is proud to support this significant project by contributing to key exterior improvements. Our scope of work includes:

  • Designing a proposed courtyard to enhance the building’s functionality and aesthetic.
  • Developing ADA-accessible pedestrian routes to ensure inclusivity and ease of access.
  • Utility relocation and stormwater management to support the long-term sustainability of the site.

Sheesley + Associates has a long-standing relationship with Allegheny College, having successfully completed several projects on its campus. These include Phase II of the North Village Campus Student Housing and the development of the college’s Field Hockey and Soccer fields.

The transformation of Reis Hall into a cutting-edge hub for innovation and creativity represents an exciting new chapter for Allegheny College, and we are honored to play a role in its realization.

Stay tuned for updates as this project progresses and the Allegheny Lab for Innovation & Creativity takes shape!
